Call for abstracts
Information on the 31EPS abstract submission and 31EPS Symposium Proceedings:
Abstracts for consideration for oral presentation at 31EPS has been closed.
Status of your abstract has been sent out by e-mail Tuesday, June 8, 2010
Registration for participation is separate.
The Abstract Book will be composed using a web form and abstracts can therefore not contain images or drawings.
The abstract title should be less than 140 characters and the main text of the abstract is maximum 2500 characters including spaces. The content of the abstract is used for the selection process and should be optimally factual. The selection process will be performed by the 31EPS Scientific Committee and the selection results are communicated by June 1st 2010.
Poster instructions
The dimensions of the poster board are: 90 cm (width) by 200 cm (height). Tape for set-up will be available.
The posters will be on display for viewing during the entire Symposium. You will be able to mount your poster from Monday September 6 from 09.00 hrs. Your poster should be removed no later than Thursday September 9 at 15.00 hrs.
Proceedings
The scientific presentations from the meeting can be optionally published in the 31EPS proceedings, Peptides 2010. Contributions to the proceedings must be submitted online HERE, where the formatting and deadline will be announced (appr. Sept 30, 2010). The proceedings book will be available for download free of charge. A printed version can be ordered online. Main editor of the proceedings will be Michal Lebl, co-editors Morten Meldal, Knud J. Jensen, Thomas Hoeg-Jensen.
Images, graphics, drawings and tables can be presented in the proceedings book.
Manuscripts for the proceedings book can be submitted on-line during the month following the symposium.
The 31EPS Proceedings will be available for download free of charge and in printed version for appr. 30 USD + shipping (external supplier).
